学科助教

岗位职责1. 积极参与教学工作，协助外教或学科教师进行教学准备与课堂教学；
2. 对学生进行专业学习指导，跟踪评估学生学习考试情况；
3. 参与公开课、家长会、讲座等活动，展示优质的课堂实况；
4. 完成学校和领导交办的其他工作。
1、Assisting in academic teaching: preparing teaching materials, organizing class teaching etc.;
2、Providing academic guidance and support to students, monitoring students’ progress and evaluation;
3、Taking part in demonstration class, open day activities and lectures;
4、Other responsibilities assigned by supervisors.

任职要求1. 本科，工作经历1~2年；
2. 英语六级以上水平，良好的英语沟通技能；
3. 较强的人际沟通技能、解决问题能力和团队合作能力；
4. 有英语培训学校工作经验优先。
1、Bachelor degree or above, 1-2 years of related working experience;
2、CET-6 or excellent English verbal and written communication skills;
3、Superior interpersonal and problem solving skills, and team-work;
4、Related experience in international school preferred.
